Zook Legacy Campaign

At the heart of Hinsdale’s story stands the creative genius of R. Harold Zook, a visionary architect whose designs have shaped our sense of home and beauty for generations. His signature motifs—the spider web, intricate patterns, the crafted brickwork—speak of artistry, purpose, and community.

Today, the Hinsdale Historical Society (est. 1975) and its Zook Legacy Steering Committee lead the transformative effort that honors Zook’s legacy while serving the future: the Zook Legacy Campaign.

 

This campaign will bring to life Zook Commons, a welcoming, inspiring community space, museum and cafe located within Katherine Legge Memorial Park (KLM).  where history, artistry, and belonging converge.
